Details: 1988 Pontiac Fiero in good mechanical condition. 2.5 4 cylinder engine runs well and is quite peppy considering its displacement! In the last 3 years the car has had the following:BrakesBrake linesComplete tune up (plugs/wires/cap, etc.Fuel pumpradiatortires a re in good condition but do have some wear. Body is straight but the paint has some peeling clear coat and some minor cosmetic issues. Interior need´s some small cosmetic restoration such as replacement of one of the speaker grille´s in the passenger side dash. Runs and drives well and gets great fuel mileage.Included in the sale is a 328 Ferrari kit car package that is brand new and has not been assembled. This includes interior pieces as well as the exterior fiberglass body panels to turn this Fiero into a 328 kit if desired. This kit includes lights, seat upholstery, badges, etc. and was purchased at a cost of over $13K. The seat covers have been installed but no other parts have been installed. The interior parts are still in the plastic they were shipped in.The main issues currently with this car is that the fuel gauge stopped working and the odometer also does not work, Speedometer works great but the odometer does not move. That being said we do not know what the actual mileage is on the car. It runs well and does not burn oil at all. The car also appears to have a ball joint or perhaps a tie rod end out in the left front that causes a clunk when backing and stepping on the brakes.Here´s a chance to pick up a fun kit car project for cheap that can be driven now.
